Common parts we coat

Powder coating: trailer frames, brackets, railings, wheels, enclosure panels, guards, weldments, and fixtures (parts up to ~20 ft).

Sandblasting: rusted or painted steel parts, weldments, frames, brackets, and components that need a clean surface before coating, or sandblasting alone.

Cerakote: firearm parts and exhaust components (all firearm and exhaust parts are Cerakote), plus brackets, fixtures, and other precision metal pieces.

High-temp ceramic: exhaust components, high-heat brackets, manifolds, and other parts that see elevated temperatures where powder isn't the right fit.

Frequently asked questions

How long does a typical job take?
Typical turnaround is 7–10 days, depending on prep needs, finish, and current shop load. We'll confirm timing when we quote your parts.

Do you offer pickup and delivery?
Yes. Pickup and delivery are available across Turner, Salem, Albany, Millersburg, and the Willamette Valley. Call or email to schedule.

How large a part can you coat?
We powder coat parts up to about 20 feet. Trailer frames, railings, long weldments, and similar components are common.

What should I send for a quote?
Photos or drawings, approximate size, quantity, material if you know it, the finish or color you want, and when you need it back. Don't have every detail? Send what you have; photos are fine.

What colors and finishes do you offer?
Gloss, satin, matte, textures, and metallics are available. Send a color code or a sample and we'll match what we can from stocked or ordered powder.

Do you sandblast before coating?
Often, yes. Sandblasting removes rust, old paint, and scale so the new finish sticks. We also offer sandblasting as a standalone service when you only need prep.

When should I choose Cerakote instead of powder?
Cerakote (and high-temp ceramic) is the right call for firearm parts, exhaust components, and other pieces that need a thin, heat-tolerant film. All firearm and exhaust parts we coat are Cerakote. Powder is typically better for larger structural parts, frames, panels, and batch commercial work.
